Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how appointment cancellations and service refunds are handled by Repairs366.

Cancellations

Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a fee to cover scheduling and travel commitments.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule an appointment at no charge with more than 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Contact us as early as possible so we can accommodate your new time.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a completed repair covered by our 90-day workmanship warranty, contact us and we will re-service the same issue at no additional labor charge. Refunds for completed services are considered on a case-by-case basis and are limited to the labor portion of the specific service in question.

Deposits & Parts

Any deposit or pre-ordered parts may be non-refundable once ordered, as disclosed in your written quote.
